Step 1: Select type of property.

Step 2: Select criteria category.

Step 3: Choose entry for category selected, then click on "Add".

Step 4: Repeat Steps 2 and 3 to select additional categories.

Step 5: Review summary of selections. Delete if needed. Repeat steps 2 and 3 if desired.

Step 6: Click on "Search".
